Encore Studio presented within Victoria Pavilion at Melbourne Showgrounds offers the facilities and technology for a wide variety of online events - live streaming, presentations, internal video messages, online awards nights, AGMs, educational webinars, recording key messages and much more.
Located in Victoria Pavilion, Melbourne’s newest event space, the studio is set within a 1,980 sqm facility with plenty of space to socially distance. Access is easy, with Victoria Pavilion offering free car parking for up to 10 guests and being situated close to the Melbourne CBD.
A turn-key solution for filming professional quality footage for any purpose, our team of skilled technicians will support you in all aspects of the production - pre-planning, rehearsal, presenter direction, stage management, technical advice, post production – everything you need to take your professional event online.
Two package options are available - Essential and Advanced - to cater for differing event requirements. Both packages include the following:
- A custom designed set with ample room to place your content or sponsor information
- LED wall to display background content or multimedia
- Two plasma screens
- Alternate to above, a green screen to create a virtual background for your event which can be changed throughout the event
- Professional studio lighting
- Scenic Panels for creative set design
- Fold-back monitors for content, script or a timer
- Vision control and laptops
- Lectern if required
- Sound system and microphones
- Cabled internet line
The Essentiall Package includes all of the above features, plus one high definition camera to capture your presentation. It also utilises either our live streamlining or video conferencing solutions.
Live streaming allows you to deliver an event in real time to your audience’s desktop PC, tablet or smart phone device. This is a one way stream where your guests can view
your presentation live without attending the presenter’s location. Combine this with our record service and you can stream your event on-demand.
Video conferencing is our virtual meeting solution that lets you have two-way video communication with attendees as well as linking in remote presenters.
The Advanced Package includes all of the service features, plus three high definition cameras to capture multi-shot presentations. It utilises both our live streaming and video conferencing solutions to provide more flexibility as well as interactivity with remote participants. For added set design and branding, this packages also offers additional coloured up-lighting and background lighting for a professional set look.
Labour costs are charged at an hourly rate for rehearsal and show times. Set up and pack down of equipment is already included in the package prices.
Venue hire is charged at either a full or half day rate. Costs include venue cleaning, one venue operations person and internet. The Studio is available between 7am and 7pm.
If access is required outside of these times, an additional hourly fee applies.
