  • Brad Jenkins
    Chief Executive Officer, Melbourne Royal

    Brad is an accomplished and trusted leader who consistently delivers results having operated at senior management for more than 25 years.

    With extensive senior management expertise in event management, marketing, business development, venue management and hospitality for highly respected membership based organisations, Brad joined the organisation in April 2008 as General Manager for Marketing and Business. He is a strong and steady set of hands at this crucial juncture for Melbourne Royal.

    Brad has been instrumental in the revamping and successful delivery of the much loved Melbourne Royal Show, Victoria’s largest and most iconic annual community event along with elevating Melbourne Royal's brand and reputation and growing Melbourne Royal's international food and beverage award programs and the major events that are held at Melbourne Showgrounds.

  • Hannah von Bibra
    Executive Manager, Client Experience & Commercial

    Hannah oversees the Melbourne Showgrounds team, from sales, event planning, catering and operations.

    With experience across complex facilities including; Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Melbourne Town Hall and Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Hannah has vast experience in elevating the customer journey whilst working with partners and clients to provide mutually beneficial gains to those working together.

    Hannah joined the team in 2019 in the role of Head of Commercial and Partnerships and was promoted to the Melbourne Royal Executive Team in January 2020.

  • Frank Martinuzzo
    Executive Manager, Operations

    Frank has more than 35 years’ experience in event operations and venue management. Frank began his career at Melbourne Royal coordinating all areas of safety, risk and operations at Melbourne Showgrounds for 28 years and then went onto establish his own private consultancy business that specialised in event operations, risk management and OH&S. Some of the events Frank has been involved include: St Kilda Festival, Falls Festival, Splendour in the Grass, Sydney Easter Royal Show, Ekka, Royal Adelaide Show, Royal Hobart Show and Melbourne International Coffee Expo. Frank’s wealth of knowledge and experience in event operations and venue management is second to none and we are delighted that Frank has chosen to return to our organisation on a permanent basis as Executive Manager, Operations.

  • James Gilham
    Sales Manager

    James is Melbourne Showgrounds Sales Manager and works across the entire suite of events held at the venue.

    As a hospitality sales professional with 20+ years working in hotels and venues, James specialises in event sales for large multipurpose venues, having led the functions and event sales team at the MCG for around 10 years.

    James seeks to understand clients’ needs and recommends solutions based on their unique event requirements. He is passionate about providing attentive and friendly customer service through the entire event booking process.

  • Luke Mansfield
    Operations Manager, Venue

    Luke is Melbourne Showgrounds Operations Manager, commencing in the role in July 2021.

    With 15 years as an industry professional, he has a wealth of experience in project and operational management, including extensive contractor and stakeholder management. 

    Bringing a strong organisational focus and a meticulous eye for detail he is able to prioritise tasks effectively to deliver high quality experiences for every Melbourne Showgrounds customer and client.  

    Luke is committed to driving a positive workplace and business culture and places a strong emphasis on improving efficiency, productivity and organisational consistency across the delivery of major events, activations and exhibitions.

  • Eloise Tropea
    Senior Event Planner

    With over 10 years’ experience in the event and tourism industries, Eloise brings a strong level of customer service and communication skills to the Melbourne Showgrounds.

    Eloise has managed events of all sizes from conferences, trade exhibitions and charity functions through to gala dinners and weddings.

    Good at wearing multiple hats, Eloise is adept at responding quickly to changing circumstances, always maintaining an upbeat, can-do attitude. Her outstanding organisational, administrative, and problem-solving talents, including the ability to handle a variety of events simultaneously, make her an agile part of the team. Clients and suppliers can be confident that Eloise will manage all details onsite for a seamless execution.
