Sound Levels:
Sound levels will be monitored by an accredited acoustic engineer to ensure compliance with the Environment Protection Act 2017 and Environment Protection Regulations 2021.
While music from the site may be audible, stage layout and acoustic system designs will help minimize sound impact on surrounding residential areas. Sound checks will occur on Friday 26 June between 10am-6pm, with further sound checks possible on the morning of the event.
Traffic Management:
A Traffic Management Plan will be in place, including traffic controllers and variable message boards.
While attendees are encouraged to use public transport, residents should expect increased traffic and consider alternative routes if needed.
The Community Hotline will be operating on the event day from 7am – 11pm and 10am – 7pm the day prior.
