Noise Impacts:
Music acts will be playing intermittently from 4:30pm.
During the fireworks display it is likely that the fireworks will be visible and audible to the surrounding neighbourhood. Flames will be lit from 5:30pm, with close proximity fireworks at approximately 6:30pm.
Traffic Management:
A Traffic Management Plan will be in place, including traffic controllers and variable message boards during this event. Parking will be via Gate 7, Melbourne Showgrounds with traffic impacts occurring on Langs Road and Leonard Crescent in the aernoon/ early evening on 25 July. Residents should expect increased traffic and consider alternative routes if needed.

Opening hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm Friday 21 – Saturday 22 August & 9:00am – 4:00pm Sunday 23 August.
Traffic Management:

Paid on-site parking for will be available via Flemington Racecourse on 21 – 23 August and at Ascot Vale West Primary School on 22 – 23 August. While attendees are encouraged to use public transport, residents should expect increased traffic and consider alternative routes if needed.
Public Transport:
Trains will run directly to Showgrounds Station for The National 4×4 Outdoors Show with buses and trams also servicing the nearby area. Patrons are encouraged to use public transport where possible.
